Candle Care

  • The recommended burn time is 2-3 hours. DO NOT burn your candle longer than 4 hours at a time. If you decide to burn your candle less than the recommended burn time, due to the nature of 100% soy wax and its slow-burning properties, your candle may not reach a full melt pool; this may affect the burn of the remaining candle as it will not be even.

  • If you notice the flame of your candle to be larger than 2 inches tall and/or the candle is burning at an excessive rate down the middle, extinguish the flame immediately.

  • To prevent fire, do not leave burning candles unattended.

  • Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room and on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Additionally, never burn your candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

  • Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets.

  • The candle container and wax will be hot when the candle is lit. DO NOT TOUCH. You may move your candle after extinguishing and after allowing it to cool down.

  • Trim the wick to 1/4-inch each time before burning to ensure a clean burn. Remember to trim the wick only when the wax is completely dry.

  • If you notice that your crystal is causing the candle to burn uneven, then you may choose to carefully remove the crystal with a spoon when the wax is soft after extinguishing the flame.

  • Stop burning the candle when ½ inch unmelted wax remains.

  • Once you have reached the end of your candle, take out your crystals carefully and gently rinse them under warm water to remove any remaining wax.
